One great way to share information about gifted education is through a mailing list or listserv. In the state of Washington, we have our own listserv called GiftedNet-WA. If you aren't sure what a listserv is, you may want to read this. We have a description of the listserv commands.

• GiftedNet-WA is a mailing list for talented and gifted education. Parents, teachers, and others may subscribe to this list.
  To subscribe send an e-mail message to: LISTSERV@NETPALS.LSOFT.COM
  

  Subject line=SUBSCRIBE (or leave blank)
  Body of e-mail= SUBSCRIBE GiftedNet-WA your firstname lastname
  

  The listserv will reply with a confirmation e-mail and directions for confirming your subscription to the list.
